Who is Hayley Hamilton Cogill?
Hayley is a Certifed Sommelier, a Certified Specialist of Wine, and the Founder of Dallas Uncorked, an 18-year-old not-for-profit 501c3 educational organization dedicated to teaching members about wine, donating event proceeds to local and international charities. Hayley is a member of the Les Dames d’Escoffier International Association, Society of Wine Educators, and International Food, Wine, and Travel Writers Association. The former Wine and Spirits columnist for D Magazine/ SideDish in Dallas, and Wine and Spirits Contributor to KXAS-TV/NBC Dallas/Fort Worth, Hayley, and her blog, Red Wine With Breakfast, have been named one of the 100 most influential people in the wine industry. Hayley recently added to her training by becoming a Spanish Wine Scholar, achieving the accreditation with Highest Honors.
