Family-owned Champagne house, Bruno Paillard masterfully crafts small production Champagne from estate-owned vineyards and purchased fruit from throughout Champagne’s Reims region, including a little over 30 acres of “Grand Cru” vines. The wines are lush, lively, and beautiful, using only the first pressing of the fruit. Very dry with a nice balance of richness, vibrancy, and texture, Bruno Paillard Premiere Cuvee ($55) melds red currant, lemon curd, lime zest, and fresh figs.
