From the Adelaida District of Paso Robles, Alta Colina Winery is crafting expressive, elegant wines from Rhone varieties. The GSM blend of Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvedre leaps from the glass with vibrant red and black fruit flavors that mingle with woody herbal notes, like sagebrush and thyme, along with hints of pepper and crushed stone.

Beyond the taste, the element we love so much about the wine is its elegance. There is a delicate touch, with winemaker Molly Lonborg taming sun-drenched vines to ensure their fruit’s power is balanced, resulting in approachable wines with character.  The wine is delicious, easily enjoyed on its own or with hearty pasta, grilled meats or sausages, or braised short ribs.
