Duckhorn has been a staple of quality in Napa Valley for over 50 years. Dan and Margaret Duckhorn began the winery to show the quality of wine that could be produced in the region from classic Bordeaux varieties. And, while often when we think of Bordeaux, our mind goes to the great red blends of the region, Bordeaux is also known for its stellar white wines made from primarily Sauvignon Blanc. Duckhorn’s Sauvignon Blanc blends a touch of Bordeaux’s other great white, Semillion, into Sauvignon Blanc. The wine ferments in a mix of French oak and stainless steel, ensuring freshness and well-rounded structure. The wine is luscious, lively, and delicious, offering ripe melon, golden citrus, and a hint of honeycomb.
