Postmark Cabernet Sauvignon ~ Wine of the Day

Sundrenched days with high temperatures are a norm in California’s Paso Robles region during the height of the growing season. The weather conditions are ideal for growing medium to full-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon with character. Postmark Wines brings the best of Paso to the glass by blending fruit from throughout the region, including Cabernet Sauvignon grown in Templeton Gap, Adelaida Hills, and the Estrella districts.

The wine opens with juicy wild berries, cherries, and plum flavors with woody herbs, leather, and mocha notes. The wine ages 15 months in French oak, of which a portion is new, lending toasted cedar and spice notes. A touch of Petit Sirah rounds out the palate, adding color, depth, and structure to the wine.
