Dallas Uncorked celebrates fall’s bounty with our 3rd annual Harvest Dinner on Sunday, October 21st, benefiting The Stewpot and Cafe Momentum, featuring Wrath Wines at Parigi, Dallas’ favorite neighborhood bistro.
We are thrilled to partner with Parigi again for this dinner as Chef/Owner Janice Provost’s philosophy and cooking style embraces everything this dinner is about, featuring locally sourced produce and products from farmers and purveyors throughout the region.
Wrath Wines is known for their vineyard driven, small production wine that celebrate the flavors of the land with an unbridled passion for winemaking begun by Texas native, Owner/Winemaker Michael Thomas. An archeologist by trade, Thomas had a goal when we began Wrath to feature the topography, geology and climate of a finite, naturally defined piece of land for his wine made in the Monterey area of California.
As a special feature we will try a little bit of this year’s harvest with Wrath grapevines brought in from their vineyards in California for a true vine to glass tasting experience during the multi-course dinner. If you can’t live in wine country, why not bring it to you?

The Stewpot offers a safe haven for homeless and at-risk individuals of Dallas, providing resources for basic survival needs as well as opportunities to start a new life. Established by First Presbyterian Church in 1975, The Stewpot began serving food when church members realized no other resources were available for the homeless and hungry. By 1991, Stewpot programs included a wide range of social services and the agency moved across the street to a donated two story office building that continues to be “home”. Over the years, The Stewpot has helped to “birth” new organizations to meet community needs including Austin Street Center, Genesis Women’s Shelter, Interfaith Housing and The Bridge. The Stewpot collaborates with more than 25 other nonprofits in order to provide a continuum of care.
Café Momentum is a Dallas-based restaurant and culinary training facility that will transform young lives by equipping our community’s most at-risk youth with life skills, education, and employment opportunities to help them achieve their full potential. This concept was developed by Janice Provost, Parigi Chef/Owner and Chad Houser to complement the ongoing programs of the Youth Village Resources of Dallas.
