
We are thrilled to partner with Biltmore Winery and our friend Jim Severson and his team at Sevy’s Grill for our 4th annual wine dinner benefiting The June Jones Foundation on July 31, 2013 starting at 6:30pm.
The night will start with our walk around wine reception and silent auction, featuring memorabilia, wine and of course the much loved SMU football field passes. A full list of items will be available on our website shortly.
The reception will lead into our multi-course dinner featuring an incredible selection of Biltmore Wines. Started in 1985 Biltmore has become the most visited winery in the country, based in Ashville, NC making incredible wine from all over California, as well as a few from their home state of North Carolina.
Each wine in our four course dinner will complete an exceptional pairing with the evenings dishes prepared by the amazing Jim Severson at his Sevy’s Grill.
We will end the night as we always do with an in-depth conversation with SMU Head Football Coach June Jones hosted by his lifelong friend, Gary Cogill, talking about the upcoming season as well as this incredible foundation.
