Lynmar Rosé of Pinot Noir ($33) is crafted from sustainably farmed Pinot Noir fruit, carefully pressed using the Saignee method, fermented, and quickly aged for four months in stainless steel barrels. The brief aging helps round out the flavors, ensuring the bottled wine has bright freshness with balance.

The wine opens with juicy aromas of wild strawberry and wildflowers, followed by ripe nectarine, red berry, blood orange, and stone fruit. Expressive and approachable, pair the wine with a grilled peach and burrata salad, cranberry glazed salmon or chicken, or summer vegetable risotto.
