Yes, yes, yes, I know the Cowboys are playing the Patriots on October 11, but Dallas Uncorked is also hosting one of our favorite events of the year. Our annual celebration of the year’s bounty, this year benefiting a cause near and dear to our hearts, New Friends New Life. NFNL helps formerly trafficked women and girls find a new path in life. It is a tough subject, but one that touches so many in Dallas as our city is one of the worst for the issue. Happily, organizations like NFNL are here to help.

The evening will feature a stellar selection of single vineyard, single variety wines from Pali Wine Company, each paired expertly by our talented friend, Abraham Salum. My dear friend, Ginger Dollins with Pali Wine Co. will be on hand to lead us through a discussion of each wine, as will Katie Pedigo with New Friends New Life.
