We’re Toasting: A Break in the Weather

It has been quite tough for Gary and me to adjust back into Dallas life, probably because we arrived back in town from our Hawaiian adventure in the midst of our hot and dreary Dallas summer (yes, we didn’t think everything through when planning our return.)

However, this morning I took Yoda out for a walk and actually needed a long sleeve shirt. Thank you Dallas for finally seeing a break in the warm weather, just in time to welcome fall festivities.
Now, what to cook for the cooler weather? Hopefully one of these favorite soups will inspire you to get your Dutch oven out and start cooking. Cheers to autumn, harvest and a start to the holiday season.
