Dallas Uncorked Annual Harvest Dinner with Amici Cellars & Salum – DELAYED

Traveling is always a blast and due to unforseen flight changes we are having to delay this beautiful event of freinds, food and great wine to later in the year. Details will come shortly on our updated date.

We hope you will join us then! And until then, we hope your glass is filled with something tasty tonight!

Amici in Italian means friends, and we couldn’t think of a better partner for our annual anniversary and harvest dinner than the incredible selections from Napa Valley’s Amici Cellars.

Join us soon at Salum Restaurant for an evening of great food, incredible wines, camaraderie and celebration, all for a few wonderful causes. This year’s event will benefit The Stewpot, helping feed the homeless of Dallas, as well as to help our Big Island neighbors that have lost so much due to the volcanic eruption of Kilauea. Tickets available now, here.

We are thrilled to host this year’s dinner once again with our dear friend Abraham Salum, at Salum Restaurant. Working through the years with Abraham is always a delight as his far-reaching culinary expertise has given us some of the most delicious meals we have had anywhere in the world, always perfectly paired with our featured wine selections.

Amici was started over 25 years ago by Texas native, John Harris, and dear friends Bob and Celia Shepard. With hard work, passion and dedication to quality they have spent the past two decades creating relationships through handshake deals, sourcing fruit throughout Napa Valley and Sonoma from some of the most prized vineyards in the regions, like Heitz Vineyard in Sonoma and Beckstoffer To Kalon & Missouri Hopper in Napa, crafted into premium wines by celebrated Napa Valley winemaker, Tony Biagi.

The evening will feature a selection of their wines including Amici Heitz Vineyard Chardonnay, Amici Beckstoffer To Kalon Cabernet Sauvignon & Napa Valley Reserve Cabernet. I love these wines and am thrilled to be able to showcase them on this special night.

Abraham is working on the menu pairings now, so I will have those noted shortly. Proprietor John Harris will join us for the evening to discuss his wines and how the Houston native found his way to making beautiful wine in Napa.

Tickets are $120 each, available here. We hope you will join us for a beautiful evening of food, friends, and truly delicious wine.
