The volcanic Jory soils of the mountain enhance the crushed stone notes of the wine, highlighting the minerality, and giving structure to the luscious fruit.

A perfect every day and night wine, revealing floral notes of lemon blossom and honeysuckle on the open, followed by ripe apple, pear, and candied lemon with a touch of spicy ginger on the finish with beautifully length, and a nice note of freshness.
