Highly aromatic on the open, with violets and roses melding with wild strawberry, watermelon, and citrus. Bright and balanced on the palate, with ripe berry, ruby red grapefruit, and mandarin flavors. Fermented in stainless steel and neutral barrels, along with a bit of aging in tank, barrel, and concrete gives nice weight and texture to the refreshing wine, rounding out the palate and imparting a subtle hint of earthy minerality and spice notes. #Cheers
