My favorite holiday to cook for is Thanksgiving, from trying to recreate my grandmother’s cornbread dressing, to perfecting the perfect bird, to simply figuring out the best pairings for each dish from the start of the day, pairing bubbles with the parade, to the end with what goes well with pumpkin pie.
