Who knew it was maple syrup season…or that maple syrup had a season. But it seems it does indeed and it is now.
In honor of the season consider using this silky sweet ingredient with some savory ingredients to create a spring time brunch just perfect for Easter. Here are a few of my favorites using this delicious traditionally Canadian ingredient…though you can use any high quality maple syrup you can find. Yes…a few do also include bacon. Delicious!
