If ever there was a time to celebrate it is the holidays and December 14 Dallas Uncorked will do just that with a multi-course sparkling wine event at Salum Restaurant featuring the Boisset Collection of Wines from France.
So many people think that Champagne and sparkling wine are meant to be enjoyed only on special occasions, but isn’t every day a special occasion?
Some also think that bubbles are only appropriate as an aperitif or with dessert. Another myth we are ready to smash as we will host a full dinner, start to finish, with bubbles, pairing each course of the dinner with a perfectly matched sparkling wine from the extensive collection of Boisset sparkling wines, like the crisp, lively and delicious JCB Crémant de Bourgogne Brut No 21.
Add in the talents of Chef Abraham Salum, the sparkling personality of Carla Nichols with Boisset Collection, and these tasty wines and this will be an unforgettable meal, perfect for celebrating the season with friends, family and wine lovers, all for a great cause. The dinner will benefit The Stewpot and the North Texas Food Bank, two great organizations that are helping those in need this holiday season.
